About Maslow

Maslow is a disability tech startup that helps people with paralysis manage their care and rehab from where it matters most – at home.

We provide a voice-enabled mobile assistant that lets users access all their therapy content, coordinate all their carers, and communicate with their entire team in one place. Maslow also integrates with home devices (Google Home, Alexa) to enable voice interaction for those with paralysis.

Since launching in March 2020 we have secured a stable customer base, participated in multiple accelerator and development programs, and formed partnerships with leading Australian rehab clinics.

Your Role

Work directly with our product, strategy, and tech leads to improve the activation and onboarding flows in our product to onboard our next 1000 users:

  • Design new product features in response to customer needs & behaviour
  • Improve the UX/UI of existing product features
  • Implement in-product education and interactions to promote priority customer behaviours

Your Skills

  • Ability to deliver high-fidelity mobile UI designs using XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar
  • Ability to work with product owners to convert requirements into UX flows
  • Ability to operate using a design system
